Our Team

Our Doctors of Physical Therapy have extensive training and experience helping patients improve their lives with individualized physical therapy plans. They can evaluate potential deficiencies in your physical movement to diagnose your issues and find the right exercises and therapies for your body. We believe in providing the tools and education our patients need to overcome their ailments and enjoy life to the fullest by caring for their bodies. In addition to the therapy we walk you through at our clinic, we will also provide at-home exercises and stretches you can do to further speed your recovery and results.

Michelle Mezin, PT, DPT
Doctor of Physical Therapy

Michelle completed her undergraduate degree at University of San Diego, where she majored in biology. When in undergrad, she had found her love for physical therapy when she had to rehab her knee after surgery to get back to her active lifestyle. She then traveled to the east coast to complete her doctorate of physical therapy degree at Old Dominion University in 2019. While she loved Virginia, she couldn’t help but find her way back to Southern California. So Michelle and her husband moved to Huntington Beach, where Michelle then joined the In Motion O.C. team.

Michelle loves just about anything involving being out in the sun and outdoors. She loves to bike, hike, run, paddle board and camp to name a few. She also has a passion for everything DIY to keep her creative side working! However, her greatest passion is to give the best care to her patients while getting them back to what THEY love!
